Blue Current

Blue Current from the Alchimography series Mineral pigments, marble dust, natural binders and layered mixed media form a surface that appears suspended between water, stone and atmosphere. The work evolves through accumulation, erosion, cracking and translucent layering — processes that preserve traces of movement, pressure and time within the material itself. A circular structure emerges gradually from the pale blue field, resembling both an inner orbit and a geological imprint. Light does not illuminate the form from outside; it appears to arise from within the surface, through depth, fracture and mineral sedimentation. Blue Current explores matter as a living carrier of memory and silent transformation — a space where perception dissolves into atmosphere, and atmosphere becomes presence.
